What makes a Kidwise evaluation unique?
Kidwise evaluations are evidence-based, targeted, and truly comprehensive. Kidwise evaluations are all about helping parents to become "wise" about the problem so they can make informed decisions about effective and workable solutions. We assess for neurodevelopmetal differences & environmental factors that commonly contribute to a child's challenges. We also aim to identify at strengths and sources of resiliency. The ultimate goal of evaluations is to arrive at a "recommendation roadmap" that helps parents, teachers, and specialists craft an individualized intervention plan to match the child's needs & capitalize on their strengths. Comprehensive evaluations are particularly helpful in providing diagnostic clarity when parents or teachers suspect that a child may have a learning disability or attention (executive function) problems that is impacting their school perofrmance.
What is the cost? Do you take insurance?
